What is Serious Eats? Serious Eats is a family-friendly food hall serving up slices, sliders, and shakes. Located within the EpicCentral entertainment complex, this innovative micro-food hall concept combines three restaurants in one, featuring over-the-top pizza slices, gourmet sliders, and extreme milkshakes with a full-service bar. One of its interior walls opens to the Jambox stage where live music, watch parties, and trivia nights abound. Guests may also enjoy outdoor seating or picnic on the lawn with a prime view of the Vegas-style Illuvia fountain show every evening. Created by Milkshake Concepts (the hospitality group behind Vidorra and The Finch), Serious Eats offers a unique self-service kiosk ordering system that lets you build customizable, Instagram-worthy meals.

What are your hours of operation? The food hall will be open Monday–Thursday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Hours may vary during holidays or special EpicCentral events.

What makes Serious Eats unique? The new concept also introduces something unique to the food hall landscape: self-service kiosk ordering for all three food categories in one place. This change means guests can create a fully customizable and fun experience by building a crazy slice of pizza or a milkshake towering with toppings via any digital kiosk inside the food hall. Plus, you get front-row seats to live entertainment and fountain shows!

Where exactly is Serious Eats located? The new micro-food hall is located at 2971 S. State Highway 161 inside the bustling EpicCentral Entertainment complex. We’re conveniently located near other EpicCentral attractions and offer both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Menu & Food Options:

What are your signature pizza slices? We offer giant pizza slices with creative toppings that you can customize through our kiosks. Food includes pizza slices such as a meat with pepperoni, sausage, ground beef, smoked ham, and bacon; and a vegetarian pesto with sundried tomato, spinach, artichoke hearts, feta cheese, and pesto sauce. BIG NEWS (SERIOUSLY) Your favorite menu just leveled up – 18″ pizzas and wings are here!

What slider options do you have? Enjoy a variety of both chicken and burger sliders, like buffalo chicken and Texas BBQ, plus the cutest mini hot dogs! They also offer more unique flavors like spicy chicken tikka + shroom and swiss in the perfect size for kids or adults who want to try multiple options! There’s also a Tex-Mex slider with avocado, a chicken slider, and a Nathan’s Famous beef hot dog.

Tell me about your famous shakes! Serious Eats has several ginormous, signature Serious Shakes piled high with cake, candy, chocolate and more. The 22-ounce specialty shakes include: ● Strawberry Shortcake – Get ready for a strawberry overload with strawberry & sweet cream ice cream, a vanilla icing rim with strawberry crumble, topped with pound cake pieces, strawberry syrup, white chocolate, whip & cherry, and marinated strawberries. There’s also a Peanut Butter Explosion with peanut butter fudge ice cream, Reese’s Pieces candy, Reese’s Cup pieces, chocolate syrup, peanut butter and a cherry.

Do you have alcoholic beverages? Yes! We have a full-service bar with beer, cocktails, frozen drinks, and boozy shakes. For adults looking for a little extra kick to their shake, Serious Eats also boasts a large bar serving beer, cocktails, frozens and boozy shakes, including: ● Vincent Vega – With vanilla ice cream, caramel and bourbon ● Regina George – This strawberry milkshake comes with a splash of vanilla and a shot of rum ● Old Greg – This tasty shake has Baileys with cookies and cream and vodka ● Gene Wilder – This simple yet delicious shake is made with creamy chocolate and hazelnut liqueur.

Ordering & Service:

How does the ordering system work? Order at the kiosk and receive a text when your food is ready! Our self-service digital kiosks allow you to customize your pizza slices, sliders, and shakes exactly how you want them. This system lets you build over-the-top creations and see precisely what you’re ordering.

Can I customize my order? Absolutely! Play with your food and build your own over-the-top meal! Our kiosk system is designed specifically for customization, allowing you to create unique combinations of toppings, flavors, and ingredients across all our menu categories.

Do you offer takeout? Takeout is available. Given our location within EpicCentral, many guests enjoy taking their food to other areas of the complex or to outdoor seating areas with views of the attractions.

Is there table service? We primarily operate through our self-service kiosk system; however, our bar area may offer additional service options for alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks.

What’s the atmosphere like? Since they are located right outside the Jambox Music Stage, which hosts live music shows, and sporting event watch parties, dining at Serious Eats gives you a front-row seat! Their patio is perched on a field and playground, overlooking the Illuvia fountain water show, making it the perfect location for a fun date night or family picnic with a view!

What seating options are available? We offer both indoor seating within the food hall and outdoor seating options. Guests may also enjoy outdoor seating or picnic on the lawn with a prime view of the Vegas-style Illuvia fountain show every evening. The variety of seating accommodates everything from quick casual meals to longer social dining experiences.

Is it family-friendly? Serious Eats is a family-friendly food hall. This area is always a fun place to bring the whole family together, with numerous activities for the kids and fantastic food and drinks to keep the parents happy.
