What should I bring? Bring swimwear, towels, sunscreen (even for indoor use), and flip-flops or water shoes. We recommend getting a waterproof phone case and, if preferred, any personal flotation devices; however, we also provide approved life jackets.

What items are not allowed in the park? Outside food and beverages, glass containers, alcohol, pets (except service animals), and professional photography equipment are not permitted. A complete list of prohibited items is available at the entrance.

What attractions do you have? Epic Waters features multiple water slides of varying thrill levels, a lazy river, a wave pool, a multi-level play structure, a dedicated toddler area, hot tubs, and activity pools. Each attraction has height and age requirements for safety.

Are there height restrictions? Yes, certain attractions have minimum height requirements for safety. These range from 36″ to 48″, depending on the attraction. Height requirements are posted at each ride, and measuring stations are available.

Do you have food and beverages available? Yes! We have snack bars and beverage stations in the park. 

Can I bring my own food? Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with exceptions for baby food, formula, and items required for medical conditions. We offer affordable dining options to suit all tastes and budgets.

Tickets & Reservations:

Do I need to make a reservation? While walk-ins are welcome, based on capacity, we highly recommend purchasing tickets online in advance, especially during peak times, holidays, and weekends, to ensure guaranteed admission.

What is your refund policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable but may be exchanged for a future date, subject to availability. Weather-related closures and emergencies may qualify for refunds or rain checks.

Do you offer season passes? Yes! Season passes provide unlimited admission for the entire season, plus exclusive perks like discounts on food, merchandise, and guest passes. Season pass holders also get early access to new attractions.

Can I leave and re-enter the same day? Yes, with a valid hand stamp or wristband, you may leave and return the same day. This allows you to grab lunch outside the park or take a break if needed.
