February 19, 2026 – Get ready to travel back in time to the age of dinosaurs! The Grand Prairie Libraries and EpicCentral are bringing this FREE dino-mite exhibit back to EpicCentral from March 8 to April 8. You’ll have the chance to see life-sized animatronic dinosaurs like the mighty T. rex, Stegosaurus, and Brachiosaurus up close. These incredibly realistic dinos are provided by The Dinosaur Company, leaders in animatronic exhibits for zoos, museums, and theme parks.
Where is this?
You can find them all along the waterfront. Looking forward to seeing you there!
I am not from the area. Is this a public park or like sea world?
EpicCentral is a 172-acre entertainment district in Grand Prairie, Texas, located at 2961 State Hwy 161, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. It offers a variety of free and ticketed attractions, including adventure parks, waterfront dining, family-friendly events, live music, welcoming playgrounds, scenic trails, spacious green areas, modern hotels, a state-of-the-art events and convention center, and a dazzling Vegas-style water and light show that rivals the Strip. Access to the district is free. Check each activity on the EC Central website to see which are ticketed and which are free. Hope that helps!
It’s the Grand Prairie Epic area where Vidorra and The Finch restaurants are. There’s a huge pond to walk around where they are set up around.
Right, Jordan!
Is this still accessible on march 14th? The same day as the dino dash
Yes. The animatronic dinosaurs will be on campus from March 8 to March 22! The dinosaurs will also be accessible all day on March 14.
Where is the best place to park to visit the dinosaurs?
