Honor the Fallen. Challenge Yourself. Join the Community.

Every Memorial Day weekend, thousands of athletes and everyday community members lace up their shoes and take on one of the most iconic fitness challenges in the country — The Murph. Named in honor of Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005, this legendary workout has become a powerful annual tradition uniting gyms and communities across the nation in remembrance and resolve.

This year, join us on Saturday, May 23, 2026 as we carry on that tradition together.

The Workout

Complete the following, in order:

  • 🏃 1-Mile Run
  • 💪 100 Pull-Ups
  • 🔽 200 Push-Ups
  • 🦵 300 Air Squats
  • 🏃 1-Mile Run

The Murph can be completed individually or with scaled modifications, making it accessible to athletes of all fitness levels. Feeling up for an extra challenge? Wear a weighted vest — just like the real thing.

Register today by scanning the QR code or following this link https://bit.ly/4wKci3h.

Who Should Participate?

Everyone. Seriously.

Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or stepping into a workout like this for the very first time, the Murph was made for you. Scaled options are available so no one is left on the sidelines. Show up, give what you’ve got, and let the community carry you through.

Why It Matters

This isn’t just a workout. It’s a tribute.

When you cross that finish line — legs burning, lungs working — you’ll be honoring the men and women who gave everything so we could live freely. That’s worth every rep.

Come ready to sweat. Come ready to be moved. Come ready to be part of something bigger than yourself.
