The Finch, located in the heart of Grand Prairie’s EpicCentral, has recently updated its menu, offering guests a more diverse dining experience. Recasting itself as an “American Grill,” the restaurant has introduced four new menus, including an All-Day Menu, a Happy Hour Menu, a Drink Menu, and a Kid’s Brunch Menu, catering to a variety of tastes. The Lunch and Dinner Menu now features additions like the Filet Mignon for $26.45, accompanied by grilled broccolini, whipped potatoes, tobacco onions, and demi-glaze. Another option is the Cajun Chicken Pasta at $18.95, with Gemelli pasta, spicy alfredo, roasted garlic, basil, and parmesan confetti focaccia toast points. The Smash Burger, priced at $14.95, is a double patty delight with American cheese, house sauce, LTOP, and battered fries.
The Drink and Happy Hour Menu introduces new choices such as Mini Martini Singles for $5 each (Cosmopolitan, Appletini, Classic Martini, Lemon Drop) and Mini Martini Flights at $12 for any three mini martinis. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, Mocktails like the Grapefruit Basil Cooler, Cucumber Lime Spritz, Strawberry Lemonade, and Blackberry Lavender Splash are available for $7 each.
With these updates, The Finch has also elevated its family-friendly atmosphere by introducing a Kid’s Brunch Menu, exclusively available during weekend brunch service. The menu is priced at $7 each and includes options like French Toast, Breakfast Tacos, and Kid’s Breakfast.
While enjoying the revamped menu, guests can also appreciate the incredible views of Illuvia, the popular Vegas-style water, projection, and music show that has drawn huge crowds since it opened last June. It is scenic, waterfront dining at its finest.
