Something Sweet Is Always Waiting at EpicCentral

June 24, 2026–Say hello to the newest treat on the block: Syrup + Sno has officially arrived at EpicCentral — and it couldn’t have landed at a better address. The brainchild of Top Chef fan favorite Tiffany Derry and T2D Concepts co-founder Tom Foley, this modern shaved-ice shoppe next door to The Landing is equal parts nostalgic and global. Order the Halo Halo — a Filipino-inspired layered creation with ube, mango, soft serve, mochi, and strawberries — or go for the Mangonada, loaded with fresh mango, chamoy, tajin, and chamoy candy. Macaron ice cream sandies in flavors like Strawberry Cheesecake and Banana Pudding round out the grab-and-go menu. Summer just got sweeter.

But Syrup + Sno is only the beginning. EpicCentral is stacked with places to satisfy a sweet tooth at every turn.

Serious Eats does dessert the way it does everything else: over the top and completely unapologetic. Their 22-ounce Serious Shakes are practically a meal — try the Brookie Monster (vanilla ice cream, cookie dough crumbles, brownie, caramel drizzle), the S’mores Get on Top (toasted marshmallow ice cream with a s’mores Pop-Tart perched on the rim), or the classic Strawberry Shortcake shake crowned with pound cake and marinated strawberries. Single or double scoops of ice cream round out the sweet menu.

Chicken N Pickle keeps things communal and crowd-pleasing with their dessert plate — a shareable spread of churros, cookies, and brownies that pairs perfectly with post-pickleball celebration energy. Bring a group and plan to order two.

The Finch leans into elevated indulgence after dinner. The 7 Layer Chocolate Cake is already drawing raves (one recent diner called it “to die for”), and the Cast Iron Cookie — a red velvet cookie bathed in white dark chocolate, chocolate, and caramel sauces with whipped cream — is the kind of thing that derails every diet. The classic Crème Brûlée rounds out one of the district’s most elegant dessert menus.

Vidorra wraps up the meal with its signature red velvet tres leches — a standout even in a city overflowing with Mexican desserts. Rich, light, and deeply satisfying, it’s the kind of closer that turns a good dinner into a great memory. Don’t skip the Dulce de Leche Filled Churros.

Over at Epic Waters, the sweet treat stand keeps the fun going poolside with shaved-ice flavors including Blue Raspberry, Cherry, & Pepsi, and Waddles’ World Famous Vanilla or Chocolate Custard.

And when you’ve spent the day climbing walls and zip-lining at Bolder Adventure Park, the Alpine Café is ready with snacks and cool-down treats to refuel before your next run.
